Martin's (cottage #2) is the smallest cottage, right on the water, with a stocked kitchen, an open-concept living area, TV, WIFI one bathroom, and one bedroom. Perfect for a couple looking to get away. The bathroom has a full shower, hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. A small gas grill is located outside on the deck. The laundry shed is shared by all 3 cottages, with a washer and dryer for your use. Guests are free to borrow beach chairs and umbrellas, and games such as corn hole and big-Jenga. Golf cart rentals can be waiting for you at the property, or your place of arrival. On the patio, there are two lounge chairs, two deck chairs, and a full dining table with four chairs all for outside dining and lounging.
